Another satisfying screenshot of our Ibiza Property Broker client’s current showing in Google.es for a sample term. When we started work on this site it was truly invisible, back at page 300 and something, and on page 7 for their own name.
This company were quoted £5000 and a years work to reach front page of Google for this actual term at xmas by a large London based SEO Company’s cold-calling “SEO Consultant” (lol -read salesperson, as he was clueless) to reach the first page for this term. They also wanted 50% of the money upfront.
We have been doing other work for this company, but on a purely SEO basis this has cost just over €800 thus far. And we have not been pushing hard with this site either, rather just tuning it so it’s Google friendly.
This is not the main term we have been focusing on for them, but rather a general indicator as Ouwehand & Wall have a primary project they are concentrating on currently, Sa Olivera del Molino and we have been working dually on that and related terms.
Basically we have been boosting the site’s ability to rank generally and can now add in further targeted content for whatever direction they next need to go.
At SEO Ibiza we will not engage more than one client in the same market area or target keywords. ..Obviously we have a real estate Client already, however if anyone’s wondering we are NOT currently working with any of the summer Villa Rentals Agencies.
