In the course of our work recently we have been working fairly closely with the excellent d3r UK Web Design Agency in Chichester. These guys build and manage some amazing sites and from an SEO perspective are an absolute joy to work with.
This is because as well as being fantastic technical designers they have a very strong knowledge of SEO and what makes a good SEO structure for a site, and manage to turn the most complicated hi-tech CMS dynamic sites into something Google still likes.
They only don’t offer SEO as a separate service to their customers through a lack of time as they look after the day-to -day running of some world class major league players, which keeps them very busy, and thankfully makes room for the likes of us.
One our favourites sites they’ve done recently is www.morethanorganic.com – a natural, organic wines website, and we wholeheartedly support their core mission, which is getting us the best wine. 
We look forward to a lot more interaction with these guys, they are a class act, and if anybody’s looking for the cream of web designers to build and / or manage their sites at the highest levels for them, from what we’ve seen we couldnt recommend D3R highly enough.

Ironically I was sitting here sipping on a glass or Merlot and conducting a routine sweep of the web and thought I would drop in for a second glance.
It is a great thing when your services reach a pinnacle when you transcend the need to advertise. I am certain your UK colleagues can appreciate the attention to detail, but truly, that type of dedication is far and few between. Pass on my regards to Kev…
