Following on the pagerank burp at the end of August, and from various forum threads where people have been noticing small changes and corrections, plus the updating of the DMOZ directories’ pagerank a little while ago which traditionally precedes the export by a week or so, it looks like the latest Toolbar Pagerank update is once again imminent.
Matt Cutts has once again given us the hint it’s coming, maybe as soon as this weekend on a comment (#4) on his blog here
Remember people, we’re not interested in Toolbar PR la la la.. After all, where your pagerank was a few weeks ago is nothing to do with anything is it?
We’d rather not know at all would we?
And pagerank doesnt matter in rankings either, does it? ..Hahaha. …if you believe that, you’ll believe anything, ..lend us a couple of grand, pay you back tomorrow, honest..
anyone who is interested in what their new pagerank is going to be once it starts, and would like an advance look can check on Mr Sweetfunny’s (lesson in linkbait
) tool that queries the datacenter that the export usually starts from, here..

and good fun, but less reliable, (altho’ not bad, averaging 37 / 43 correct over our portfolio on the last 2 updates) is this Pagerank Prediction tool
..here’s hoping you all get what you wish for

mmmm – yes but last time the pagerank prediction tool you mention here was wrong for our boutique hotels site so I’m not holding my breath!
haha well yes, your site is one of the 6/43 it got wrong unfortunately..
but PR5 to PR6 is a huge jump, it’s like building another PR5 site all over again.
patience Trinity, remember we’re not interested in toolbar PR anyway, only the Real PR
