There’s definitely something going on at Google.
There’s been this whole algo update or not? thing going on for couple of weeks now where they’ve seemingly been testing, or maybe playing with something would be a better way of phrasing it, as Matt Cutts stated categorically, but somewhat cryptically, on WMW that “it’s not a test”
And this morning there seems to have been another pagerank burp where a minority of sites have gained or lost Toolbar Pagerank, and a lot more sites have had inner pages change. Our friend down-under’s tool is bound to be busy again today..

I’ve been experiencing the same thing from past July Update,, there is certainly something going on,,What I’ve discovered (even new blog post just posted last week have gained PR) Google PageRank have continuously been updating from past few months and it keeps changing for inner pages of blogs and sites.

yes that’s what we’ve seen continual small adjustments mainly to internal PR but quite a few domains have been individually adjusted as well from time to time.
