We blogged about Google Search Wiki the other day and didn’t like it much, but when it vanished didn’t for one moment believe they’d withdrawn it.

And they hadn’t, there it was back and irritating as ever this morning.

But in a lesson in fast-thinking, fast-coding linkbait to us all, get Greasemonkey’s firefox addon and facesaerch’s script and then you can just switch it on (default off) if you ever want to see it, and off again whenever you want, it works a treat, sorted, thanks guys.

expect they’ll now be basking in the link-love of more or less the whole world for the next  few months..

…hmmm is that the kind of genuinely useful service that Google say people should offer to draw natural links in?
